No, we do not purchase jewelry, gold or coins.

How should I care for my jewelry?

Proper care is essential for maintaining the beauty and longevity of your jewelry. It is recommended to store pieces separately to avoid scratches, clean them regularly with our jewelry cleaner, brush, warm water and a soft, non-shed drying cloth. It is critical to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, temperatures, or sunlight (for specific softer stones or stones that have received industry standard color or clarity treatments).

Can I customize a piece of jewelry?

Absolutely, we offer customization for virtually all jewelry in out store. You can choose from various designs, metals, and stones to create a unique item that reflects their personal style and story.

Is there a warranty or insurance on your jewelry?

For engagement rings and wedding bands, we offer a small stone warranty of up to five years from the purchase date, and manufacturing warranty for one year from the purchase date. Any warranty claim is subject to inspection by a member of our team, if after inspection we determine that the ring has been damaged or handled improperly it may void any warranty claim. Depending on the specific jewelry or watch item, the warranty duration may vary. Check the warranty terms at the time of purchase for more details.

How do I maintain my watch?

To ensure the longevity of your watch, it is important to keep it clean and free from moisture. Even with pressure testing, and a double-check that your crown is fully tight, no watch is guaranteed to be waterproof. For automatic watches, regular servicing is recommended any time the mechanics of the or time keeping functions show signs, though most manufacturers recommend service every three to five years, this also varys greatly depending on the model. Additionally, avoid exposing the watch to extreme temperatures or temperature variations, accidental drops or strikes, and magnetic fields.

What is your return policy?

Returns must be made within 30 days in new and unworn condition. Please note that items that have been special ordered, sized, customized or altered in any way by our jewelers or watchmakers are non-refundable.
